I wish I was as slim as this guy.  Sadly, I am not.  🙂  I’m swimming 50 lengths (1250 metres) of our local pool 4 or 5 days a week, and I’m slowly, tediously losing weight.  Yesterday I did 54 lengths, one of them butterfly.  Thing is, no matter how slowly you’ve put it on, you want to lose it in 2 weeks.  At my current rate, it will take me 3 years to get to my target weight!  Quelle pagaille!

  1. Losing weight depends upon all sorts of things – always told to have a ‘good breakfast’ – NAH I don’t like big breakfasts. So A few weeks back I just started having a yogurt and nothing else. Well it worked; so Nick cut down waht you don’t want and take up swimming with a nice boy and look forward to the shower afterwards!
